a5c7b9f00b A cooperative shooter-survival game for up to four players to fight off zombie-like husks, defend objects with fortifications you can build, and a battle royale mode where up to 100 players fight to be the last person standing. When Fortnite came outa paid title, it did decent business yet another game with the same model, PUBG, was bigger than what Fortnite is now. Since the fall update that allowed the Battle Royale feature to be free, it has grown in leaps and bounds to become the most popular game in the world right now. In Battle Royale, up to 100 players fight for survival, with only one player becoming the winner. Why is it called Fortnite? It's because you have to build forts, find weapons to kill others, and stay away from a shrinking storm that will swallow the player away…game over. While it lacks a story mode, this game shines in online multiplayer and never lets go. The Graphics are pretty good and the soundtrack is class. Like other recent games, there are microtransactions that allow the player to buy v-buckswellcosmetic upgrades to their characters and dance moves. I'm currently at level 16 (kascnef82) and doing my best. If you have a ps4 or xbox or pc or even ios, then this game is for you!!! Why is this game so popular? I don't get it, what is fun about this game? Well I guess because it's FREE and it has MICROTRANSACTIONS. This take on the battle royale genre isn't great, definitely. PUBG has tension, its mechanics are simple but difficult to master, it is a challenge, and fun for the most part, for a couple of hours if you're a serious gamer that plays more single-player games or indies, or hundreds of hours if you're looking for a more accessible experience. When I see that amazing titles suchShadow of The Colossus, The Last of Us, or the Dark souls series given s*** by casual gamers or noobs, mostly Fortnite players, who are saying their game is "better" or "best game ever of all time", it makes me wanting to throw up. And I prefer spending once 20, 30 or 60$ on a game filled with content, that provides me an unforgettable experience and constantly rewarding me for overcoming challenges, rather than downloading a free game and paying dlc or 30$ skins, emotes or v-bucks in the case of Fortnite. Just simply saying that other games are more worthy of your money.
